DHSCO offers our aerospace customers a full line of products from the beginning of individual part building to the final to coat of paint on finished aircraft. Starting with surface treatment products for metal we offer cleaners, deoxidizers, etchants & conversion coatings. During the creation of composite structures we carry the leading brands of mold release products. When applying surfacing film to the outside surface of your part DHSCO can provide the industry's leading film to prevent micro-cracking & surface porosity while saving time & allowing you to quickly create a primeable & paintable surface. We also provide surfacing film in a lightning strike protected version. During the actual layup of the part, DHSCO can provide carbon pre-preg, the best composite bonding film and, if secondary bonding is required wet peel ply material to create a bondable surface without additional time consuming surface cleaning.
